COMMUNICATE
The first step of our process involves you contacting us - either by email (Bronx@doe.org) or by phone at 718-993-2704. Once you have described your upcoming mailing job we can provide you with a price quote, postage estimates, and the time frame necessary to successfully complete your job.

COLLECT
The second step of our process requires us to procure your materials - many times everything can be sent to us via email. You can send us your mailing list as an excel document and we can print all of your inserts and documents. If your items are pre-printed, then you can have them delivered to us or we can schedule a pick-up using one of The Doe Fund's vans.

PREPARE
Once we have all of your materials we begin to prepare your mailing. We print and set-up a few examples for your approval. We have the examples messengered or faxed to you and once you sign off and give us approval on the examples, we begin your job. We'll keep you updated to the progress of your job and you will have direct contact with the supervisor in charge of your job.

DELIVER
Finally, we will deliver your products to their destination. Usually this means we take your mail to the Post Office, but for some jobs we are sending items by UPS or Fed-Ex or we are delivering them to a specified location with our van. However you want them sent, we will make sure to get your items to your destination on time.
