About Back Office of New York
As an affiliate of The Doe Fund - a New York not-for-profit organization that helps homeless individuals become productive members of society by offering the opportunity of paid work - Back Office has a unique, dual mission that distinguishes us from other mail houses. While our primary objective is to provide our customers with the best and most cost-efficient mailing services possible, we also provide important paid work and job training opportunities to formerly homeless individuals.

We conduct regular evaluations to measure quality control, yet nothing is more effective that each worker's own dedication to what he or she recognizes as a job that is life-changing. Every penny that we earn helps pay for client services and ultimately changes more lives.
